About Heajin Jung
We serve clients from many parts of the U.S. and abroad in filing EB-3 visa for unskilled workers, skilled workers, and professionals.
As a first-generation immigrant from South Korea, I have lived the immigrant experience and, throughout these years, have had the privilege of helping people from many different cultures and backgrounds achieve their immigration dreams. I obtained my law degree from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, and admitted to Virginia Bar in 2002.
